What is protected
The film
The hero film of the yellow Lab climbing the ladder onto the boat, every frame of it, and the still image shown before it plays. It was generated for this build by Mako Logics LLC. That covers the video file, any single frame taken from it, and the social sharing image cut from it.
The copy
The wording written for the site: headlines, page text, the fit guide, the FAQ answers and the way each page is put together.
The design
The look and arrangement of the site taken together: the full-screen film hero, the layout of each page, the order of the sections, and the way color, type, texture and motion are combined. The source code behind it is protected too.
What belongs to Nauti Dawgs LLC
nautiDAWGS and Get On Up are trademarks of Nauti Dawgs LLC. Business names, logos and photos belong to their respective owners and are shown for demonstration only. That includes the nautiDAWGS name and logo, the ladder itself, the product photos, the drone footage, and the customer videos and reviews. None of it is claimed by Mako Logics LLC, and a license from Mako Logics LLC does not grant any right to it. Nothing on this page limits Nauti Dawgs LLC’s use of its own website at nautidawgs.com, which is where to buy the ladder.
Not allowed without a license
- Downloading the hero film or its images, or hosting them anywhere else.
- Using a frame, still or screenshot from this demo as the starting image, reference image or prompt for an AI image or video tool.
- Rebuilding this site's layout, section order or page structure for another website, even with your own wording or newly generated footage.
- Removing or covering the watermark or the copyright details stored inside the files.
How ownership is recorded
The hero film, its poster and the sharing image carry a visible watermark, and the film has the copyright owner written into its file details. Mako Logics LLC keeps the original full-resolution masters, the generation records and a dated version history of the whole build. Copies found elsewhere can be matched against them, and unlicensed use will be reported to the host and pursued.
