Privacy Policy

What we collect

• Orders: when you buy a ladder, checkout is handled by Stripe. Stripe collects your name, email, phone, shipping address, and payment details. We receive everything except your card number — we never see or store card numbers.
• Contact messages: when you use our contact form, we store your name, email, phone (if given), and message so we can respond, and it is emailed to us.
• Site analytics: we record page views with coarse, non-identifying context (page, referrer, country, device type) and anonymous performance and error data to keep the site fast and working. We do not use advertising trackers, and we do not set cross-site tracking cookies.

Spam protection

Our contact form uses Cloudflare Turnstile to block bots. Turnstile evaluates your browser environment to tell humans from scripts; see Cloudflare's privacy policy for details.

Who we share with

Only the service providers that make the site work: Stripe (payments), Vercel (hosting and performance analytics), Supabase (our database), Resend (email delivery), and Cloudflare (bot protection). We never sell your information, and we don't share it for advertising.

Email

We email you about your order (confirmation, tracking) and to answer your messages. We don't send marketing email unless you ask for it.
