Ordering & payment
Orders are placed through our website and processed securely by Stripe. We do not see or store your card number. Prices are in U.S. dollars. We currently ship within the United States.
Intended use — dogs only
The nautiDAWGS ladder is designed and rated exclusively for dogs weighing up to 100 lbs (45 kg). It is not designed for use by people, including children. Using the ladder outside its intended purpose voids the warranty and is at the user's own risk. Always supervise your dog around water.
Installation
Installation requires permanently mounting the supplied plate with three drilled holes into a flat, structurally sound surface. You are responsible for confirming your platform's integrity and for proper installation per the included instructions and install video. If you're unsure whether the ladder fits your boat, contact us before ordering.
Returns — 60 days
You may return the ladder within 60 days of the shipment date for a refund, provided it is unused and in its original packaging with all hardware. We provide a prepaid return shipping label. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Warranty — 1 year
Each ladder carries a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. The warranty does not cover misuse, loads over 100 lbs, normal wear and tear, or corrosion from saltwater exposure without rinsing. Warranty claims: contact us with photos and your order details.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Nauti Dawgs LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products. Our total liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
